Thinking of Making a Return?
If you're considering sending something back, email us at hello@birdybandanas.com. Drop a line to our inbox with your order number and, if you've got 'em, some snaps of those oh-so-unique mishaps. We usually reply within 24 hours.

Time's Ticking!
Not everything's forever. We only take returns or swaps if it's been within 30 days since you swooped up your bandana. And remember, those items should be as untouched as a freshly laid nest!

Refund Rundown:
Once we've received and checked out your returned item, we'll notify you. This note will confirm that we've safely gotten your item back and will also let you know whether your refund is set to go or needs a second look.

If everything looks good on our end, get ready for the next step! Your refund will be processed and sent back to your original payment method, whether it's your credit card or another preferred option. Just a heads-up, it might take a few days to see those funds pop back into your account.

If you find yourself tapping your foot waiting for that refund, start by checking in with your bank and credit card company. Sometimes, things take a little longer than expected in the financial world. When you're ready to send something our way, pop it in the mail to the address below. Remember to tuck in the original packing slip or scribble a note with your name and order number. Wings crossed, everything reaches our nest safely!

Please note, the return shipping is on you. Should you get a refund, we'll have to deduct the return shipping from it.

We recommend USPS First Class mail as a wallet-friendly option that works like a charm.

Depending on your nest's location, the time for your swapped product to arrive might vary a bit.
(Oh, and a little tip: If your item's worth is above $75, it's wise to give it some wings with a trackable shipment or even some insurance. After all, the mail's journey can sometimes have its twists and turns, and we cannot guarantee to receive your return.)
